Blackberry Jam

Blackberry Jam has a deep, rich berry flavor with just enough tartness to keep it from getting too sweet. It’s the kind of jar that feels right next to a warm piece of toast and a mug of coffee that’s probably been sitting there a little too long.

We like it on biscuits, pancakes, yogurt, and peanut butter sandwiches, but it’s just as good spooned over vanilla ice cream after supper. Somehow the jar always seems a little emptier the next morning.
