Blueberry Jam

Blueberry Jam is one of those jars that doesn’t need much fussing over. It’s full of deep blueberry flavor with just enough tartness to keep the sweetness in check, and it feels right at home on a warm piece of toast while the coffee’s still brewing.

We like it on biscuits, pancakes, yogurt, and peanut butter sandwiches packed for later. It’s also pretty good spooned over vanilla ice cream after supper, especially when nobody feels like making anything more complicated.
