Raspberry Jalapeño Jam

Raspberry Jalapeño Jam starts out sweet and familiar, then the jalapeño shows up a second later. You still get plenty of bright raspberry flavor, but there’s enough heat tucked in behind it to keep things interesting.

We like it with crackers and a good piece of cheese, spread onto a grilled cheese sandwich, or spooned over cream cheese when people are standing around the kitchen looking for something to snack on. It usually disappears faster than anybody planned.
